Design files provided by a customer to Onedar Woodwork Ltd. will not be used without the customer's consent. We advise that customers indicate their granted permissions by including a note on the order or email where the file is attached.

For custom orders, a 50% downpayment is required to confirm the order. This downpayment is non-refundable.

Designs/ previews generated by Onedar Woodwork Ltd are not to be used without the permission of Onedar Woodwork Ltd. Use of these designs in different applications (e.g. logos, artwork, items customized by third parties) may result in a fee.

Up to two (2) previews will be provided. A subsequent design review fee of $50 per design will be incurred.
